Obi Nwosu expressed confidence that Bitcoin has the fastest, cheapest, simplest, decentralized and secure ecosystem, which will become more obvious by the end of the year. At the same time, there will be room for other cryptocurrencies in the crypto space, the businessman is sure. The CEO of Fedi compares the development of the crypto industry with the evolution of music:
“There are still players and vinyl records, there are people who like to listen to music cassettes and discs. Similarly with cryptocurrencies: someone will always be a supporter of bitcoin, although we are waiting for a multi-cryptocurrency future.”
The businessman believes that many have misunderstandings about Bitcoin due to its limited scaling. However, according to Nwosu, the reality is that the industry has increasingly come up with effective solutions to develop the functionality of the network.
Obi Nwosu considers cryptocurrencies to be a combination of philosophy and technology. Due to the intangible nature of cryptocurrencies, they cannot be fought with physical force, be it guns or missiles. Yet crypto assets are vulnerable to misinformation, as well as to inadequate and over-regulation. This is especially true for countries where there is no freedom of speech, says Fedi CEO.
The same opinion about cryptocurrencies is shared by US presidential candidate Robert Kennedy Jr. He recently called bitcoin a means of supporting democracy.
