A festival will bring together concerts by bands such as the indie medallion The Killers and the “rap rock” duo Twenty One Pilots at the Allianz Parque stadium, in São Paulo, on November 12th.
GPWeek – a music festival that takes place on the eve of the Brazilian Formula 1 Grand Prix – will also feature Fresno gauchos, as well as other artists, such as the British from Hot Chip and the Americans from The Band Camino.
Tickets go on sale to the general public this Thursday (11) at 9 am, on the Eventim website. Values range from BRL 170 to BRL 1,990.
“The first edition of GPWeek celebrates 50 years of sport in Brazil and reinforces the connection between motorsport and music. The festival, which starts during the day and goes until dusk, promises more than seven hours of show with presentations that mix rhythm and experience”, informed the organizers, in a statement.
The Americans of The Killers will arrive in Brazil a year after the release of their latest album “Pressure Machine”. Last Friday (5), the Las Vegas musicians released the single “boy”, after finishing a tour of the United Kingdom.

The last time Brandon Flowers’ band was in Brazil was at Lollapalooza in 2018, when they closed the festival Sunday at an Interlagos Circuit packed by 100,000 people.
Twenty One Pilots will make their third visit to the country. The other two performances were also at the Lollapalooza festival, in the 2016 and 2019 editions.
The duo formed by Tyler Joseph and Josh Dun is on tour for the album “Scaled and Icy”, released in May 2021.
“Hot Chip, icons of world electronic music, also take to the stage, returning to the scene at the festival, The Band Camino, a new rising promise of American pop rock and Brazilians from Fresno, who confirm the return of emo. and national rock, and guarantee a historic show and much awaited by the fans”, said the organizers.
