The festival Maringá Folia canceled the singer’s participation MC Ryan SP after the case of aggression that came to light and was reported by news sites last Friday afternoon (27). The image, released by Portal Léo Dias, shows Ryan attacking his ex-girlfriend and mother of his daughter, Giovanna Roque.
“On Friday afternoon, as soon as the news involving the artist MC Ryan SP became public, we immediately contacted his production team, who responded promptly,” began the statement that was published by Maringá Folia on the night of Friday (27).
“After a careful analysis of the situation, we decided to cancel MC Ryan SP’s performance at Maringá Folia, scheduled for this Saturday, September 28th,” continued the organizers.
“With less than 24 hours until the event, our team is working carefully to adjust the lineup and ensure the best possible experience for the public,” they concluded.

On the afternoon of this Friday (27), an image of the aggression was published by Portal Léo Dias. In the frame, Ryan appears kicking Giovanna.
Still on the portal of journalist Léo Dias, Ryan admitted the attack and said: “I know I was wrong”.

On her Instagram profile, Giovanna Roque published a statement about the image that came to light.
“The last thing I wanted was to come and comment on this,” he began. “I wanted to make it clear to you that Ryan is not the bad person you think he is.”
“Yes, there was a discussion about the last breakup we had. Ryan had done something and I lost my temper, I got very nervous, I broke his cell phone and attacked him,” the report continued. “He got very nervous about these things and he ended up coming on to me too.”
“This has never happened before”, he reinforced.
