One of Microsoft’s key aspirations in Windows 11 is to bring together as much of the system’s built-in capabilities as possible in one place — more specifically, the Settings app. A new step towards this goal is the abandonment of the usual disk cleaning utility, which in Windows 10 was called through the context menu of the disk properties.
