Fidenza NFT from Art Blocks collection sold for 1,000 ETH

Art Block has raised hundreds of millions of dollars while staying in the shadow of the popular projects CryptoPunks, Bored Ape Yacht Club and Axie. Fidenza # 313 from the Art Block collection sold for 1,000 ETH (over $ 3.3 million).

The phenomenal “explosive” growth in the value of NFT Fidenza # 313 repeated the story with the acquisition of VISA NFT CryptoPunks # 7610. The previous owner bought Fidenza # 313 for only 0.58 ETH (about $ 1,400) and sold it for 2,000 times more. Fidenza author Tyler Hobbs said:

“Fidenza is my most versatile algorithm. The program creates a wide range of possibilities for generation and focuses on structured curves and blocks, a variety of scales, complex texture organization and the use of color. ”

The Art Blocks project was launched in November 2020. The collection includes 140 works of art by various authors. For quite a long time, the collection of works has been out of sight of NFT collectors. The cost of the collection has skyrocketed over the past few weeks. According to CryptoSlam, Art Blocks’ trading volume in August was around $ 339 million.
