The company Filippos Nakas invites the shareholders to an Ordinary General Meeting, on December 7, 2021 day Tuesday and time 10:00 a.m.. at the company offices in 19The km. Lavriou Ave., Peania, Attica.
Shareholders are invited to discuss and decide on the following items on the agenda:

1. Submission and approval of the annual Financial Report of the Company and the Group for the corporate year 2021 (01.07.2020 – 30.06.2021) after the annual Financial Statements (corporate and consolidated) of the said corporate year as well as the relevant annual Reports of the Management Board and Auditors.
2. Approval of total management according to article 108 of Law 4548/2018 of the year 01.07.2020 – 30.06.2021 as well as release of the Auditors from any responsibility.
3. Approval of a suitability policy.
4. Remuneration report of members of the Board of Directors.
5. Approval of remuneration policy.
6. Election of a new Board of Directors.
7. Election of Certified Public Accountants for the year 01.07.2021 to 30.06.2022.
8. Designation of the Audit Committee.
9. Approval of dividend distribution for the year 01.07.2020 – 30.06.2021.
10. Increase of the share capital by capitalization of a part of the reserve in favor of the par value up to the amount of € 450,000.00 with an increase of the nominal value of the share.
11. Reduction of the share capital by returning cash to the shareholders up to the amount of € 450,000.00 and reduction of the nominal value of the share.
12. Amendment of Article 5 of the Articles of Association.
In case of non-achievement of the quorum of 1/5 of the share capital required for all the issues of the agenda in the above Ordinary General Meeting, they are invited to Repeat Ordinary General Meeting, to be held on December 17, 2021 day Friday and time 10:00 without publishing a new invitation.
