Film based on true story about serial killer comes to Netflix; see details

A new production based on a true story of a serial killer arrived on Netflix this week. “The Night Nurse” tells the case of Charles Cullen, one of the greatest serial killers in the history of the United States, who confessed to killing about 40 patients during 16 years as a nurse in New Jersey.

The plot follows a nurse who begins to suspect that her new colleague is responsible for the mysterious deaths of several patients in the hospital. She puts her own life at risk to find out the truth about the situation and her new friend.

The film stars Jessica Chastain winner of this year’s Best Actress Oscar for her role in “The Eyes of Tammy Faye,” and Eddie Redmayne who won the Best Actor award in 2015 for “The theory of everything” .

The direction is Tobias Lindhom which was also nominated for an Oscar in the Best Foreign Language Film category for “War” and the script is Krysty Wilson-Cairns known for his work on “1917” and “Night Spent in Soho” .
