The driver who was driving a luxury car and caused the accident that resulted in the death of a person in São Paulo is businessman Fernando Sastre de Andrade Filho, 24 years old. The accident occurred in the early hours of Sunday (31) on Avenida Salim Farah Maluf, east of the capital of São Paulo.
Fernando was driving a Porsche 911 Carrera GTS, valued at more than R$1 million, which crashed into the back of a Renault Sandero, driven by app driver Ornaldo da Silva Viana, 52 years old.
Ornaldo was rescued by firefighters and taken to Tatuapé municipal hospital, but he succumbed to his injuries and died. The businessman, according to the police, was removed from the scene of the accident by his mother, who said she would take him to a hospital due to an alleged minor injury to his mouth.
However, the police found no record of the businessman entering the hospital where the woman said she would take him. Due to his removal from the scene of the incident, it was not possible to perform a breathalyzer test on him.
Who is the driver of the Porsche
Fernando Sastre de Andrade Filho was born on December 16, 1999 and, according to the Commercial Board of the State of São Paulo (Jucesp), he participates in the corporate structure of at least two companies.
One of them is FF Andrade Prestação de Serviços Administrativos LTDA, which is located on Avenida Águia de Haia, in Parque Paineiras – also in the east zone. The company's corporate purpose, according to registration with Jucesp, is “combined office and administrative support services”.
Still on Avenida Águia de Haia, there is F Andrade Ferro e Aço para Construção Civil, which, according to Jucesp, is in the name of Fernando Sastre de Andrade – father of the businessman involved in the accident. Jucesp informs that Andrade Filho was already part of the company's corporate structure.

Another company in which Fernando Sastre de Andrade Filho is listed as a partner is Sastre Empreendimento Imobiliário. According to the company's website, the real estate company is focused on properties in the east zone of São Paulo.
In 2019, Andrade Filho passed the civil engineering entrance exam at Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie de São Paulo.
Wanted by CNN the institution confirmed that a person named Fernando Sastre de Andrade Filho was enrolled in the civil engineering course at the university, but left in 2021.
“We cannot say that it is the same person involved in the accident. We can confirm that it is not [mais] at Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie”, says the institution, in a note.
