Dheovana França, a digital influencer from Tocantins, was indicted by the Civil Police, after suspicion of money laundering and using social media to promote gambling. The investigation into the case was concluded last Thursday (12).
She was indicted on 258 counts of money laundering and gambling. If convicted, she could face up to 40 years in prison.
The Public Prosecutor’s Office of Tocantins reported that it filed a complaint against Dheovana França for involvement in gambling and money laundering. In addition, it highlights that the accused’s assets have been frozen.
