Specifically decided:

– The imposition of a fine of 150,000 euros on Ioannis Exarchos, as provided by both him and the company FERRYHILL CAPITAL PARTNERS (of which he is the sole shareholder and legal representative), professionally the investment service of receiving and transmitting orders on shares A / K as well as the management of investment portfolio without having the required license from the Hellenic Capital Market Commission. At the same time, a fine of 40,000 euros was imposed on Mr. Dimitrios Aravanis as he professionally provided the investment service of receiving and transmitting orders on A / C units, without having the required license from the Hellenic Capital Market Commission.

– The imposition of a fine of 4,500 euros on three natural persons, due to the late announcement of the change of their participation percentage on the total voting rights of the company GR. SARANTIS SA Specifically, a fine of 1,500 euros is imposed on each of the Messrs. Ekaterini P. Saranti, Grigorios P. Sarantis and Mr. Kyriakos P. Sarantis.

– The imposition of a fine of 3,000 euros on the company INTRAKAT, as its annual financial statements for the year 2016 had not been prepared in accordance with the provisions of IAS / IFRS, a violation which it corrected in the semi-annual financial statements for the year 2017.

In addition, it approved the contents of its PREMIA prospectus for the public offering and listing for trading in the Athens Stock Exchange Regulated Market fixed income securities category up to 100,000 intangible, common, anonymous bonds with the issuance of up to 100 securities. 000 euros.
