The competent audit services (EL.AS, Coast Guard, EAD, DIMEA, SEPE, Regions and Municipal Police) carried out on Tuesday 28.12.2021 a total of 86,848 inspections and recorded 648 cases of violation of measures epidemiological alert.
In total, fines amounting to € 262,300 and suspension of operation (15) days were imposed on (5) companies.
The Hellenic Police was in charge of the main volume of inspections, carrying out a total of 78,627 inspections.

EL.AS. imposed administrative fines of € 1,500 (€ 5X300) on five (5) stores [ένα (1) καφέ-μπαρ, ένα (1) μεζεδοπωλείο, ένα (1) κοσμηματοπωλείο, ένα (1) καφέ και ένα (1) εμπόριο ηλεκτρικών ειδών] for non-compliance with the obligation to post in document or digitally the maximum number of people allowed inside the store.
EL.AS. imposed an administrative fine of € 5,000 on a store of health interest (cafeteria-refreshment room) and suspension of operation for fifteen (15) days for customer service, outside the store, with a fake certificate of illness. Peloponnese Region

Thessaly Region
EL.AS. imposed an administrative fine of € 300 on a passenger of an OSE train. for non-demonstration of vaccination or disease certificate or negative PCR or rapid-test.
EL.AS. imposed administrative fines of 900 € (3×300 €) on two (2) health stores and one (1) commercial store for non-compliance with the obligation to post in writing or digitally the operating rules, including the maximum number of persons allowed to be inside the store.
South Aegean Region
EL.AS. imposed an administrative fine of € 300 on the store owner for non-compliance with the obligation to post in writing or digitally the maximum number of people allowed to be inside the store.
Region of Crete
EL.AS. imposed a fine of € 5,000 on a cafe-bar owner and suspended operation for fifteen (15) days for customer service without a vaccination or illness certificate. In addition, it imposed a fine of € 300 on the customer.
