Imposing neutrality on Ukraine will not bring about a peaceful solution to the crisis with Russia, Finland’s Foreign Minister Elina Valtonen said today, adding that Moscow cannot be trusted to honor any deal it signs. It then desperately repelled a Soviet invasion in 1939 and for a time sided with Nazi Germany in an attempt to win back lost territory.
