Flexopack announced that after:
(a) the full and complete coverage and payment of the amount of the increase of the share capital of the Company by cash payment and issue of new shares, as a consequence of the exercise of the total stock option by the beneficiaries of the Stock Option Plan; which was established based on the relevant decision of the Board of Directors dated 19.12.2019, following the authorization provided by the Annual Ordinary General Meeting of shareholders of June 29, 2018 and
(b) the commencement of trading on 25.05.2022 of the new, common, registered voting shares of the Company resulting from the above share capital increase;
The paid-up share capital of the Company now amounts to 6,369,312.96 euros and is divided into eleven million seven hundred ninety-five thousand twenty-four (11,795,024) common, registered shares, with a nominal value of 0.54 euros each.
Of the above shares, 11,698,574 shares have the right to vote, as the remaining 96,450 are the same shares, the voting rights of which are suspended in accordance with the provisions of article 50 par. 1 of law 4548/2018, as in force.
