A New Jersey flight passenger who had taken drugs tried to have sex with a flight attendant and open the plane’s door mid-flight, forcing the pilot to make an emergency landing in Utah, according to authorities who arrested him. Eric Nicholas Gapko, 26, of Delanco, was on American Airlines Flight 2101 from Seattle to Dallas on July 18 when he became “unruly,” the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Utah said Thursday.
