A Georgia couple was arrested after they were found sleeping on a Florida beach while they were vacationing, leaving their children, ages 5 and 7, behind, authorities said. A passerby reported the couple by calling 911. When officers arrived, they were unable to wake the (as it turned out) intoxicated parents. They were identified as Alyssia Langley and Timothy Stephens, both 27, according to the arrest warrant obtained by Fox News. The officer's body camera footage shows Stephens walking toward the ocean when he asks where their children are.
