The Secretary of Public Security of Foz do Iguaçu, Marcos Antonio Jahnke, told the CNN that the death of municipal guard Marcelo Arruda served as a lesson against extremism.
“It was an unfortunate loss, he will be missed by all servers. It was an isolated event. It wasn’t a rule. Death itself has already served as a lesson against extremism.”
The secretary was at Marcelo’s wake this morning. “He was a good person, with a defined political position, he fought for the causes of the police, he fought for their ideologies, so much so that the party was so thematic that it ended up motivating it,” he said.
Jankhe pointed out that the circulation of false and erroneous information about crime creates noise. The case is in charge of the homicide precinct of the state Civil Police.
As the political analyst Caio Junqueira published, the PT is considering asking for the federalization of the case.
The secretary disagrees with the possibility of the investigation no longer being led by Paraná. “Federalization is not relevant, it was a local crime. The Paraná police have complete competence to investigate this case”.
