Vice President of Xiaomi Global and Managing Director of India, Manu Kumar Jain, officially announced that the Redmi Note 10 series smartphones will receive Super AMOLED screens.
For the first time in the history of the very popular Redmi Note line, smartphones will use screens made using this technology. Previously, Redmi conducted a poll among fans, who were offered a choice of two options: an LCD screen with a refresh rate of 120 Hz or AMOLED. The latter was voted for by 88% of respondents, but Redmi did not immediately reveal what refresh rate the Super AMOLED screen will support in the Redmi Note 10. It was later announced that the Redmi Note 10 series received 120Hz Super AMOLEDs.
Redmi Note 10 Pro will be based on the Snapdragon 732G SoC and will receive a 64-megapixel quad camera. Redmi Note 10 Pro Max 5G will be powered by Snapdragon 768G mobile platform and 108MP image sensor. Both models will be equipped with a 5050 mAh battery. Smartphones must run Android 11 operating system with MIUI 12 shell. Today it became known that the basic version of Redmi Note 10 Pro, which is equipped with 6 GB of RAM and 64 GB of flash memory, will cost $ 279.
The presentation of the Redmi Note 10 line is expected on March 4th.
