The Central Bank informed this Monday (28) that from May there will be no more need to schedule to request the redemption of money forgotten in banks or financial institutions. Thus, when entering the Values Receivable System (SVR), users will be able to place the order directly.
As of April 17, the system will undergo a redesign and will return to work on May 2 so that this function is made available to consumers.
Before the break, scheduling will take place staggered, according to the date of birth or opening date of the legal entity. However, this time, each group will have a full day to schedule and not just one shift, as in the previous cycle.
The BC also says that the system will have new information passed on by financial institutions. That is, even those who redeemed their resources and those who did not have amounts receivable in the first stage must consult the system again, as the data will be updated.
