Former Colombian President Alvaro Uribe

Colombia’s justice has decided on Tuesday to remove the home restraint imposed on former President Alvaro Uribe, who has been sentenced primarily to obstructing justice and an attempted influence on witnesses, while the decision of the Court of Appeal is expected.
