The police inquiry was concluded by the Civil Police of the State of Ceará (PCCE), through the Environmental Protection Police Station (DPMA), on Wednesday (7). The investigations proved that the companion of the former Scooby tutor, that had already been caught in the act was also responsible for the animal.
The couple is available to the judiciary. According to the Penal Code, the penalty for the crime of abuse is two to five years in prison, as well as a fine and prohibition of animal custody.
