The former model who is in court with him Cristiano Ronaldo, accusing him of raping her in a hotel room in Las Vegas in 2009, is claiming compensation of 65 million euros for the “pain and suffering” he caused her.

Kathryn Mayorga, 37, is claiming 20 million euros for what she suffered at the hands of the football star, another 20 million for the “sufferings of the future” and as much for the punishment of Ronaldo.

These are the claims of the former model in court documents obtained by The Mirror.

The Portuguese player denies all charges, meaningfully indicating that he has never been prosecuted.

The incident allegedly took place in Las Vegas in 2009, when the two met at a nightclub in the city.

Mayorga’s lawyers have called several celebrities as witnesses, including British Big Brother TV star Jasmine Lennard, who claims to have had an affair with Ronaldo in 2008.

The Las Vegas prosecutor never prosecuted the Portuguese ace, as such accusations “can not be proven beyond a reasonable doubt.”

In 2010 the two sides reached an out-of-court settlement and Mayorga withdrew the amount of 310,000 euros.

Three years later, however, Mayorga returned and filed a new lawsuit. Ronaldo replied in 2018: “I categorically deny the accusations against me. THE rape it is a horrible crime that contradicts what I am and believe “.
