An Argentine and former secretary of Bariloche was shot after mistakenly entering one of the locations in the Rio Comprido neighborhood , in Rio de Janeiro on the afternoon of this Thursday (12). He was taken to the Souza Aguiar Municipal Hospital and His health condition is very serious, according to the Municipal Secretariat.
The victim is Gastón Burlón, former Secretary of Tourism of Bariloche and current president of the Student Tourism Chamber.
According to the Military Police, the agents were called to go to the hospital to check the entry of a man who had been “a victim of gunshots”. The police confirmed what happened.
The Fire Department received a call on Rua Cândido de Oliveira, in Rio Comprido, and helped the man.
In a statement, the Civil Police informed that the Special Tourism Support Police Station (Deat) is investigating the case. The agency also reported that “expertise was requested for the location and the victim’s family members are being interviewed.”
Policing was reinforced in the region.
