Russian users have discovered a new way to make the Apple Pay service work, despite restrictions from Apple.

According to users in social networks, the method works with previously activated Mir cards of most banks. One of the first to pay attention to it in the publication iPhones.ru. The method comes down to using the Locator service, which allows you to find your Apple devices on the map.

What needs to be done:
- Open the Locator website and log in with your Apple ID.
- On the Locator map, click the Devices button and select your iPhone
- Put the device in “Lost Mode”, but do not specify a contact number or message, click “Next”.
- After the iPhone is locked, unlock it again and enter your Apple ID password, if necessary, carry out two-level authorization
After the iPhone returns to work, the user will receive a notification that the maps are ready to be used.
Checking the editors of iXBT.com showed that the method works well with the Apple Watch – the previously activated Mir card started working on them again.
