The Federal Police (PF) arrested four people at São Paulo International Airport in Guarulhos in different actions on Wednesday (26). The detainees, two Brazilians and two foreigners, were caught for international drug trafficking, passport forgery and attack on air transport security.
Drug trafficking
Drug trafficking arrests were carried out with the aid of sniffer dogs, x-ray appliances, mass spectrometer and body scam, along with migratory gantries.
In the first action, a 20 -year -old Brazilian was caught with more than one pound of cocaine fixed on his thighs. He intended to embark on a flight to France.
The second arrest for drug trafficking involved a 63 -year -old Swedish citizen. The suspect, who intended to travel to Portugal with a connection to France, was carrying more than 7 kilos of cocaine hidden in sheets of sheets and bags.
Passport falsification
In another action, a Dominican man from the Dominican Republic was arrested while trying to go through immigration with a false Peruvian passport. The 26 -year -old had been prevented from entering Italy earlier, also by presenting a counterfeit Peruvian passport.
Air Safety attack
The commander of a flight from Paris called the PF after a passenger tried to open the aircraft door during the flight. The Brazilian, who had traveled to France on March 23 and was prevented from entering the country, was on the return flight.
He had to be contained by the crew and other passengers and was handcuffed to his armchair until landing. A police inquiry was opened by attack on air transport security.
The four arrested people were sent to the Federal Court in São Paulo. They must be liable for crimes of international drug trafficking, passport falsification and attack on air transport security.
