Four days before the attack, a teenager attacked a colleague to “let out anger”, according to a report

Parents of an 11-year-old child who studies at the Thomazia Montoro State School, in Vila Sônia, west of São Paulo, said that, four days before the tragedy, their son was attacked by the author of the attack.

Aline Schultz de Lima, mother of the young man who was attacked, said that her son called on Thursday (23) saying that he had been punched by another student.

The father, Ulisses Schultz de Lima, went to the school to find out what happened.

In a meeting with coordination, the 13-year-old teenager who committed the attack on Monday (27) admitted the aggression and said he threw a punch because he was “angry and needed to vent”.

The report was made in the 34th Police District, in Vila Sônia.

The parents stated that they were instructed by the child’s psychologist not to file a police report, as the minors would continue to live together and this could trigger an attempt at revenge.

The school decided to call the teenager’s parents for a conversation.

According to the parents of the attacked child, she had been suffering bullying from other students and the day before the aggression, Wednesday (22), there was a meeting with other students to discuss the matter. The perpetrator of the attack was not involved.

They said they intend to take their son out of school after the trauma. The child hid in a classroom while the teenager carried out the attack, killing a teacher, injuring 3 others and a student.
