The Liesa Regulation establishes several rules to ensure the smooth running of the parades and avoid disorganization. Among the main infractions that result in fines are: Excessive people with board shirt or friends of the school parading in forbidden places, non -compliance with the deadlines for removing allegories, and the inadequate movement of allegories that may harm other schools.
In addition to financial penalties, the regulation also provides punishments for other types of infractions. For example, allegories without appropriate devices for immediate withdrawal by cars can yield a fine of $ 150,000. Failure to comply with a maximum of 70 minutes for the parade can also result in staggered fines, starting at $ 45,000 and can reach $ 120,000, as well as possible points of points.
