Fractal has unveiled the Meshify 2 Compact computer case. The case measuring 424 x 210 x 475 mm and weighing 7.7 kg is designed for mini-ITX, mATX and ATX boards. In addition to the motherboard, the case can accommodate up to seven expansion cards. The maximum allowable length for expansion cards is 341 mm, but if you remove the front fan, it increases to 360 mm. As for other limitations, the processor cooling system can be up to 169 mm high, and the maximum allowable PSU length is 165 mm. Again, if you remove the front fan and discard the drive cage in the lower bay, you can use longer PSUs – up to 200 mm.

The mentioned cage is designed for two drives of 2.5 “or 3.5” sizes. There is room on the back of the motherboard tray for four 2.5-inch drives, but there are only two corresponding mounts in the box. If necessary, two more will have to be purchased additionally.

on the front panel there are two Dynamic X2 GP-14 140 mm fans. Instead of them, you can install up to three 120 mm fans. The rear wall can accommodate one 120mm fan. The manufacturer puts a Dynamic X2 GP-12 fan here. On the upper plane there are mounting points for two 120 or 140 mm fans, on the bottom – for one 120 mm fan (it is installed instead of the storage cage).

The I / O panel contains two USB 3.0 connectors, one USB 3.1 Gen2 Type-C connector, headphone and microphone jacks, power and reset buttons.
The manufacturer offers several variants of the case, which differ in the color of the case itself and the material of the side wall. The manufacturer does not name prices.
