“People can leave home despite the curfew to go to work, take a train or plane, go to the hospital or the pharmacy, even to walk the dog, but you will have to show a document.”
“Restaurant food delivery will still be allowed during curfew.”
“All private parties, such as weddings and student evenings, are prohibited during the state of emergency.”
