France: 9 out of 10 citizens believe their country is “declining” – Just 3% say they are “satisfied or calm”

France is “in decline” for almost 9 in 10 citizens (87%, 18 percentage points more than in the 2017 presidential election, according to the annual Ipsos-Sopra Steria survey published today.
