The young Belgian disappeared after leaving his home in Bouchy, a commune a few kilometers from the French border, at around 2.30pm on Sunday, December 1. Last Thursday night, the young man knocked on the door of a private residence in Frasnes-sur-Escaut, near Valencian, France. “He looked agitated, had no shoes on and was speaking incoherently,” according to a French police source. Many questions are raised by the fact that “he had barbed wire on his body,” this source added, confirming a report by the local newspaper “Voix du Nord.” The young Belgian was taken to the hospital in Valencia and the judicial police of Tournai, Belgium, launched an investigation into the case.
