Seven French and one Italian are accused of stealing graffiti showing a woman in a headscarf mourning.
This play adorned an emergency exit door of the theater Bataklan in Paris where 90 people fell dead from the bullets of armed Islamists was created in June 2018.
The door, which was stolen in January 2019, was found in 2020 in a farmhouse by the Italian police and returned to France.
