France poll: Emanuel Macron wins second round with 56%

Emanuel Macron will be the winner of the second round of the French presidential election, securing 56% of the vote against Marine Le Pen, according to a poll by Opinionway-Kea Partners for Les Echos and Radio Classique. Turnout is expected to reach 72%.

At the same time, the candidate of the Ecologists in the first round of the French presidential elections, Yannick Zando, today called on his voters to vote in the second round, “without pleasure, but also without hesitation”, Emanuel Macron.

“I will cast the ballot of Emanuel Macron at the ballot box to prevent Marin Le Pen and the far right from gaining power in our country,” Zanto wrote in an article in Le Monde.

It is worth noting that yesterday’s Macron-Le Pen duel in the run-up to the second round of the presidential election was watched by almost 15.6 million viewers. Five years ago, almost 16.5 million viewers watched the election debate between the two.
