Six people, four of whom were minors, were injured on Friday night at a Nim Square in southern France when strangers opened fire, in another episode attributed to the conflict between opponents of drug trafficking gangs. As the local prosecutor’s office announced, the incident occurred shortly before 19.00 local time in the popular district of Valdegur, which borders Pisven. In Pisoven district, 70% of 16,000 inhabitants live below the poverty line. This area is considered to be the focus of the action of drug dealers and many bloody episodes have occurred in the past.
