The number of patients with COVID-19 admitted to intensive care units in France continued to rise today as the country entered its eighth day of lockdown, according to official figures.
According to the data, 5,838 patients with COVID-19 are hospitalized in intensive care units, compared to 5,769 yesterday, and 34,895 new infections were detected today.
