The new concession agreement is expected to be signed in the first quarter of 2022, pending approval by Turkish competition authorities and airports. Fraport-TAV’s mandate as a concessionaire will include the operation of passenger terminals and other “exploration” infrastructures, such as retail, public parking and passenger control.
