What came out of the “hammer”

The publication states that the auction sold the piano with tail, which Mercury had used to compose many of Queen’s hits. However, it was priced below the £1.74 million the house estimated the original bid would be.

On the contrary, the his green, graffiti-filled garden doorfetched over 400,000 pounds, at a time when the house thought no one would claim it.

Also, in the “hammer” they got one Tiffany table lamp which fetched six times its list price, at £60,960, and one buffet of 1895 for 31,760 pounds.
