The new free telephone line – from mobile and fixed – 800 400 4000 of the Service and Failure Center, was announced today by HEDNO.
More specifically, in the context of the continuous upgrade of its services and with a view to the optimal service of all citizens, HEDNO announces that the telephone service will now be free, through the new telephone line.
The HEDNO Customer Service Call Center, 800 400 4000, is open 24 hours a day, both for the announcement of faults and the other issues of citizen service.
The new number is nationwide and without any charge for calls made either from a landline or mobile phone.
It is reminded that in addition to telephone service, citizens have the opportunity through www.deddie.gr to process a very wide range of their requests, for example from a request for a meter check, to a new connection and a request for a night meter. For their convenience, they can complete their requests faster with the guidance of the digital helper (chat bot), Kyros.
In addition, for damage reporting, in addition to the relevant application on the site, citizens can download the HEDNO mobile app (for iOS and Android) and register their fault from their mobile phone, within a few minutes.
The full digitalization of all services is a permanent commitment of HEDNO, with the aim of improving the experience of citizens and simplifying all procedures to meet their demands faster.
