From 35 to 55 euros the fuel subsidy using an electronic card

A bonus of 5 euros for those who will use the fuel subsidy via electronic card, exemption from the fine of 100 euros from overdue amendment declarations and a 3% tax deduction for one-time tax payment provides among other amendments of the Ministry of Finance submitted to Parliament late at night.

In the first part of the amendment, for 2022, it introduces a 3% discount for a one-time payment of income tax and abolishes the fine of 100 euros paid for overdue declarations.

In the second part of the amendment, it substantially institutes the measures of economic support of 1.12 billion euros that were announced last Thursday. In particular, the measures as mentioned in are:

1) Subsidy for the purchase of all motor fuels (petrol, oil, liquefied natural gas) with an amount ranging from 40 euros for cars and 30 euros for two-wheelers for the mainland up to 50 euros for cars and 35 euros for two-wheelers This amount is increased by 5 euros if the beneficiary uses the electronic card that will be issued and not the use of the bank account. According to the amendment, this subsidy is defined as tax-free, inalienable and unseized in the hands of the State or third parties, accompanied by other tax benefits.

2) Subsidy of the cost of internal combustion oil (DIESEL), available on the internal market during the month of April 2022. By ministerial decision, the subsidy period can be extended and the amount of the subsidy can be adjusted. The amount of the subsidy amounts to 0.12 euros per liter, calculated on the value of sales invoices before VAT. issued by refineries, as beneficiaries of the grant. The final amount of the subsidy is calculated on the total liters of fuel that will be sold on the internal market by refineries or fuel trading companies. 3) A compensation of 200 euros of special purpose is granted during the month of April 2022 to the taxi services, ie companies with main K.A.D. 49.32 and K.A.D. 52.21.29.01 as they apply on March 17, 2022, totaling two hundred (200) euros, to cover the cost of fuel for the vehicles they use in the course of their professional activity. A ministerial decision determines the terms, conditions and procedure for granting the above compensation, the method of payment, as well as any other details. This compensation is defined as tax-free, inalienable and unsecured in the hands of the State or third parties, accompanied by other tax privileges.

Finally, based on the amendment, the execution of any act of forced execution of mobile and real estate, for a period of one (1) year from the publication of the draft law under voting.
