The classic series “Keys” will return to the SBT programming schedule, at 2pm next Saturday (12), the date on which the Children’s Day . Shortly before, at 1:15 p.m., “Chapolin” will also be shown on the São Paulo broadcaster.
Both programs were broadcast for 36 years by SBT, but, in 2020, the channel announced the end of Televisa’s broadcast, which declared disagreements between it and Grupo Chespirito, led by the heirs of Roberto Bolaños, owner of the works, who died in 2014, at 84 years old.
The return of productions took place after the broadcaster reached an agreement with Televisa, a Mexican media company in September this year to acquire the rights to show the complete productions on open TV.

Maria Antonieta de las Nieves – Chiquinha
Responsible for bringing Chiquinha to life, Maria Antonieta de las Nieves, 77, remains active, taking her mischievous character to shows and live performances.
In 2015, she released her autobiography entitled “Esta es mi historia: Había una vez una ninã en una vecindad” (“This is my story: Once upon a time there was a girl in a neighborhood”, in Portuguese), where she details her relationship with Bolaños and other members of the series.

Edgar Vivar – Senhor Barriga
Known for playing Senhor Barriga and Nhonho in some sporadic episodes, Edgar Vivar, 75, also continued his career after the series ended. Today, the artist often performs live, participating in conventions and other events that celebrate the universe of “Chaves”.

Carlos Villagrán – Quico
Finishing the list, Carlos Villagrán, 80, actor behind Quico, left the series in 1978, due to disagreements with Bolaños. After leaving, the artist continued playing the character in other productions. Although he is retired, Carlos still makes some appearances rescuing some fond memories.
