The net La Braciera, famous for its delicious pizzaswill open for lunch from October 2nd common pasta menu signed by the chef Pasquale Cozzolino which at the beginning of September had its restaurant Ribalta, in New York, awarded Best Pasta Proposal, during the 5th Top Pizza, an annual selection that lists the best pizzas in the world.
“Our relationship with Pasquale was moving towards this goal. Now we are fortunate to be open at lunch, serving incredible pasta under the direction of an award-winning chef,” he says. Gustavo Brunello , one of the group’s partners and who already welcomed him to the Pizza Day celebrations in January. Pasquale will be in Brazil for a series of events, and of course, for the launch of the menu.
“Returning to the country is truly an immense joy, especially to launch this menu”, says the chef.
The restaurant’s afternoon menu, however, will not only be focused on the rounds. “With this operation, La Braciera also wants to give the city of São Paulo the gift of authentic Italian food, but with a modern touch, in the La Braciera style,” he says.
Among the orders, there is the Gnocchi alla sorrentina in the pizza basket, which is already a hit on social media.
“It’s a type of cuisine that São Paulo residents only find when traveling there.” There is also Fettucine alla bolognese (R$ 62), Spaghettone Bandiera with tomato, straciatella and pesto (R$ 67), Tonnarelli Cacio e pepe with pecorino crust (R$ 73), and of course, La Regina Spaghetti Carbonara with crispy guanciale (R$81), among others. For dessert, milk pudding, pannacotta, tiramisù and cheesecake (R$ 15 each).
“We want to promote true Italian culture, lunch and dinner with pasta and pizza . This means showing that La Braciera is a modern restaurant, capable of delivering not only extraordinary pizza but also real Italian food far from Italy”, concludes the businessman.
