In late August, bankruptcy consultant Kroll Inc.’s internal database, including client files, was compromised and accounts were frozen. During this period, FTX users were unable to submit claims for compensation.
FTX customers have until September 29 to file a claim through Kroll, but it is unclear how much creditors will receive, reports The Block.
