Fujifilm GFX100S medium format camera images and specs revealed

The source has published images and specifications of the Fujifilm GFX100S Medium Format Camera. The announcement of this model is expected on January 27th.

According to preliminary data, the camera will be based on an image sensor with an active area measuring 43.8 x 32.9 mm and a resolution of 102 megapixels. Image stabilization by shifting the sensor across five degrees of freedom will provide gains of up to 6.0EV. In video mode, digital stabilization will be available.

The range of sensitivity will be ISO 100-12 800. It will expand to ISO 50-102 400. The photographer will be available shutter speeds from 1/16000 s to 60 min. The sync speed will be 1/125 s. The camera will allow you to shoot in bursts at a speed of up to 5 fps. In this case, the length of the burst will be from 14 frames in RAW format without compression to 42 frames in JPG format. By reducing the speed to 2.9 fps or even 2.0 fps, the length of the burst can be increased.

Featuring a hybrid autofocus system, the camera will support single and continuous focusing. It will be possible to shoot 4K video at up to 30 fps and Full HD at up to 60 fps.

The camera will feature a hot shoe, a 0.5-inch 3.69-million-dot OLED electronic viewfinder, a 3.2-inch 2.36-million-dot LCD display. The display will be rotatable and touch-sensitive. In addition, there will be an auxiliary monochrome display, Wi-Fi IEEE 802.11n, Bluetooth 4.2, USB 3.2 Gen1 (Type-C connector) and HDMI interfaces. On one battery charge, you can take 460 pictures or shoot a video for an hour. SD, SDHC and SDXC memory cards supporting UHS-I and UHS-II can be used as removable media.

With dimensions of 150 x 104.2 x 87.2 mm, the camera with a battery and a memory card will weigh 900 g. Its price is still unknown.
