With a budget of 14.63 million euros, of which 8.26 million euros are to be absorbed in 2022, the Fund for Recovery & Sustainability (TAA) is part of the financing of the technical support of the Ministry of Development & Investment for the implementation of nine actions Ministry that are included in the TAA.
The project, which is funded by the European Union – NextGeneration EU, concerns the Horizontal technical support to the Ministry of Development and Investment for the nine (9) Actions of the Recovery and Sustainability Fund, totaling 697 million euros.
Funding includes project management services, maturation services, tender procedures and contract monitoring, audit services to verify the achievement of milestones and objectives, PMO services to prepare a management tool (PM tool), services periodic reporting and monitoring, maturation studies and other technical services required for the implementation of the nine actions.
The project is included in Pillar 4 “Private Investments and Institutional Transformation” and in particular in Axis 4.7 “Improving competitiveness and promoting private investment and exports” with implementing agencies General Secretariats of the Ministry of Development & Investment Secretary General of Private Investments & PPPs and Secretary General of Research & Innovation as well as HRDH SA.
The Minister of Development and Investment, Mr. Adonis Georgiadis stated:
“The Ministry of Development and Investment, just as it has succeeded in the NSRF, making Greece the first country to absorb European resources, the same with absolute consistency in all the critical timetables of the Recovery Fund has started all the procedures to ensure the full absorption of “Our goal is to use this European money wisely in order to have the maximum possible footprint in the Greek economy. The Acting Advisor of the HRDH, Mr. Panagiotis Stampoulidis stated: “This is a project that will significantly contribute to the maximum possible absorption of the funds of the Recovery and Resilience Fund. To achieve this goal, the HRDH will provide services for Actions of the Ministry of Development and Investment, as well as services of maturation, tender procedures and monitoring of contracts.We assist with all our forces to achieve the milestones and objectives of the actions of the Ministry, according to the Management and Control System of Actions and Projects of the Recovery and Resilience Fund “.
