Less than a month after leaving theaters, “Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga” got a streaming debut date. The film enters the Max catalog, HBO’s streaming service, on Sunday, July 7th.

Sweeping across the Wasteland, they encounter the Citadel, presided over by Immortan Joe. As the two tyrants fight for dominance, Furiosa soon finds herself in an all-out battle to return home.
The film is directed by George Miller responsible for the other films in the franchise, as well as hits such as “The Witches of Eastwick” (1987), “Babe: The Little Pig” (1995) and “Happy Feet” (2006).
The saga began in 1979 with the film “Mad Max” . The sequence, “Mad Max 2: The Hunt Continues”, was released in 1981 and the third film, “Mad Max: Beyond Thunderdome”, in 1985.
