Foreign ministers from the G7, a group of the world’s largest economies, condemned Belarus for orchestrating irregular migration across its borders and called for an immediate halt to what it called an “aggressive and exploitative campaign.”

“We call on the regime to immediately cease its aggressive and exploitative campaign in order to prevent further death and suffering.”
border migration crisis
The Polish-Belarus border faces tensions with immigrants trying to enter the European Union.
Thousands of people are stranded at the border in appalling conditions, amid an intensifying geopolitical dispute.
Immigrants – most of them from the Middle East and Asia, hoping to travel from Poland to the interior of Europe – are flocking to the Belarusian side of the Kuznica border crossing.
