“I took a few days off to take care of my health and I’ve already lost 14 kg by diving into biogenic eating. Yes, I have been doing enemas, drinking a lot of live juice, healthy food, hiking, hiking and feeling light and more connected with myself and nature”, wrote the artist.

In the publication, the singer also says that she has been doing an enema. The procedure, according to the professional, involves the introduction of liquid (usually water) into the rectum and colon for cleansing or therapeutic purposes.
