Gagliasso criticizes Leifert after statement about Vini Jr.: “Quiet is a poet”

The actor Bruno Gagliasso 42, was outraged after reading a comment from the presenter Tiago Leifert 44, criticizing the player Vinicius Jr. 24, because he did not appear in this edition of the Ballon d’Or.

“You should have gone there, [de] chest puffed out, looking into the eyes of the journalists who voted. If you had gone, you would have been the moral champion”, said Leifert about the player’s absence from the award ceremony.

“F***ing hell. Calado is a poet”, commented Gagliasso in an Instagram post after seeing the presenter’s speech.

On X (formerly Twitter), the actor took the opportunity to support Vini Jr.’s decision, and praised the player’s stance.

“He won because his absence is more eloquent than any presence at that event. He won because he made the whole world look at a brutal attempt at erasure,” the publication began.

“He won because his teammates embraced his idea. He won because, once again, he is the executioner of racists”, he concluded.
