THE CNN received on Wednesday afternoon (14) a group of communication professionals as part of the 1st edition of Journey Health Journalism Galapagos 2025 Program of the Galapagos Newsmaking Media Startup with the objective of Train journalists from the country Focusing on the best use of digital platforms.
The event was attended by 35 journalists, representing 24 different communication vehicles of 11 states. After a visit to the studios and newsrooms of the CNN the group was received by the vice president of journalism, content and operations of the CNN Brazil Virgilio Abranches.

Health expert, journalist Carolina Marcelino, reporter and content producer of the Vital Signs Program, presented by cardiologist Roberto Kalil, also talked about the importance of doing responsible journalism at a time when fake news can cause major damage to society.
