Games spying on the bottom of Britain – Telegraph: Russian sensors found that watch our submarines

Russian sensors, suspected of espionage against British nuclear submarines, are alleged to have been hidden in sea areas around the United Kingdom, the British Daily Telegraph newspaper reveals today. The British army, the report says, identified the sensors when many of them were washed off on the coast and found by the Royal Navy and considered a possible threat to national security. The case had not been made public, but The Sunday Times reported that Moscow had sought to gather information on the four Vanguard submarines in the United Kingdom, which carry nuclear rockets. At least one of these submarines is in the sea as part of the United Kingdom’s stable deterrent presence.
