The Rio Civil Police arrested drug dealer Kleberson Marcelo dos Santos de Souza, known as Gasparzinho, for association with drug trafficking.
According to delegate Mauro César, from the Auto Theft and Theft Police Station (DRFA), the man is accused of being part of the Comando Vermelho group that operates in Duque de Caxias, in Baixada Fluminense, under the leadership of drug dealer Jonathan Hyrval Cassiano from Silva, known as Bochecha Rosa.
According to investigations, the criminals operate mainly in the Corte Oito Community, in Lagoinha. Gasparzinho was arrested in the Gramacho neighborhood, in Duque de Caxias, this Thursday (26).
The arrest took place in yet another action carried out as part of Operation Tourniquet, launched to combat vehicle and cargo theft.
In addition to DRFA, the action has the support of civil police officers from the Tourism Assistance Police Station (DEAT), 54th DP (Belford Roxo), 55th DP (Queimados), 56th DP (Comendador Soares) and 58th DP (Posse).
